TIG Welding of Oven

In this project, the 6 axis QJRH4-1 robot is TIG welding the oven, which can effectively isolate the surrounding air and not react with metal. In the process of TIG welding, the oxide film on the workpiece surface can be cleared automatically. Therefore, non-ferrous metals, stainless steels and alloys which are easy to be oxidized, nitrided and chemically active can be successfully welded. It is especially suitable for the welding of thin or ultra-thin plate materials. It can carry out welding in various positions.

In this project, the robot welding cell realized spin welding function. Using a robot for such round fillet welding can be super-efficient than manual welding.

OTHER ADVANTAGES

Currently, it's with Tamagawa motor, Tsino Dynatron drive, and Shimpo harmonic reducer. The configuration is way much better than most of the other Chinese welding robots.
