In this dining table welding project, the spin welding function is realized by the 6 axis QJRH4-1 robot welding cell which provides with very high quality welding. And using a robot for such round fillet welding can be super-efficient and more stable than manual welding. The robots in this project have greatly increased productivity and saved labor costs. With simple operation, stable performance and smooth welding, the whole project went very sucessfully.

The robot has a load of 4kg, repetitive positioning accuracy of ±0.03mm,6 axis and arm span of 1410.5mm, and can be used with Panasonic, fornix, Lincoln, kenby, Altai, meggite and other main stream welding machines, which can realize the welding of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials as well.
