Robot supporting technology 2: arc tracking
Through swing welding, the robot finds the center of the weld according to the change of welding current. The welding machine uploads the current signal to the robot through the digital interface to achieve tracking adjustment. Current detection cycle: 0.02s
Robot supporting technology 3: arc swing
The purpose of the swing is to control the flow of molten metal and obtain the necessary weld width to obtain better weld formation.
Robot supporting technology 4: laser tracking
The laser tracking process package uses a laser tracking sensor to send back the coordinates of the weld to the robot controller in real time to guide the robot to track the weld when there is deviation in the left and right directions and the up and down directions.
Robot supporting technology 5: multi-layer and multi-channel
The advantage of multi-layer welding is that it can weld thick-walled structures. Compared with single-layer welding under the same circumstances, it can also reduce heat input, deformation, and the probability of defects.
Robot supporting technology 6: Overlap and re-arc
During the welding process, if welding is interrupted by some factors, when the interruption program is executed again, the welding gun retreats a distance and restarts the arc before the pause position to overlap with the previous weld bead to achieve weld transition. The overlap condition is used to call the overlap parameter after the overlap function is turned on.

Welding difficulties:
· The traditional gas shielded welding process has large spatter and poor weld formation;
· The workpiece surface is rusty and oily, and the robot is difficult to locate;
· Fewer welding defects, higher penetration depth and deposition efficiency requirements.
Aotai NBC-500RPPlus has single pulse, fast pulse and deep penetration pulse welding modes. It can weld carbon steel, stainless steel, copper and its alloys and other non-ferrous metals. Main application industries: engineering machinery, steel structure, coal mining machinery, military industry, etc.
Aotai MIG-500RP Super PLUS has three welding modes: single pulse, double pulse and super double pulse. It can weld non-ferrous metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys, copper and its alloys. Super double pulse is mainly used for welding aluminum silicon (4 series) welding wire materials, suitable for welding workpieces with a thickness of 1.2-3.5mm. The fish scale pattern is close to tungsten inert gas arc welding, and the efficiency is higher than argon arc welding.
